Dear Heidi,

AAHK will publish our next Sustainability Report 2021/22 by August 2022 and will engage a contractor to provide design and production services. Prior to the issuance of a Request for Quotation, we would like to conduct market research which aims to:

i) Ensure the proposed scope of service is clear;
ii) Obtain indicative costs; and
iii) Solicit market interest in submitting a proposal for the captioned services.

Please find attached i) draft specification which includes the scope of services, deliverables, timeline and proposed project team requirements; and ii) a market research questionnaire.

I would be grateful if you could provide your feedback in the attached questionnaire and return to my colleague, Iris Pang (iris.pang@hkairport.com), by COB Friday, 21 Jan 2022. We may also follow up with a call after we have reviewed your response to clarify anything further.
